Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement
Let it be known that Horizon Behavioral Health intends to award a sole source award to Empirically Grounded Solutions. The Empirically Grounded Solutions proved capabilities not offered by other vendors. Horizon Behavioral Health will contract with Empirically Grounded Solutions, LLC (EGS) as the sole-source external evaluator for the SAMHSA Targeted Capacity Expansion grant serving Appomattox County, Virginia.
