About Theresa McCaskill

Theresa McCaskill is the Director of Talent Management for Horizon Behavioral Health.  Before Horizon, McCaskill was at East Central Regional Hospital in Augusta, Georgia, where she served as the HR Director. Prior to that role, Theresa spent 10 years as the HR Director for a regional Maryland organization which included three correctional facilities. She also held HR leadership roles at East Carolina University and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. McCaskill graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Sociology. She has also completed graduate work in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at East Carolina University.
