What to Expect After Submission

Upon submission of a referral, you will receive email/phone confirmation of receipt from Horizon's Marcus Alert Response Team within 2 business days, if requested upon submission. Once adequate information is obtained, the team will follow up with the behavioral health referral within 2 business days.
